Delivery and return policy

1.1 When ordering the Goods, you can choose the method of delivery of the Goods, i. y. to use the Goods delivery service provided by the courier (third party).

1.2 By choosing the Delivery Service at the time of ordering, you undertake to indicate the exact place of delivery of the Goods.

1.3 You undertake to accept the Goods yourself or to indicate the person who will collect the Goods at the time of placing the order. In the event that you (or another person specified) cannot accept the Goods and the Goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, you are not entitled to make claims to the Company regarding delivery of the Goods to the wrong entity.

1.4 The delivery fee is calculated according to the size of your order and the place of delivery:

1.4.1 An additional transportation fee is calculated for the delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit.

1.5 When you wish the Goods to be delivered outside Lithuania, the delivery terms of the order are coordinated by a separate agreement.

1.6 If you place an order on business days before 12 noon, the Company or a third party will deliver the Goods within 1-3 business days. In the event of any problems or shortages of the Goods, the Company will immediately notify you of a possible longer delivery time for the Goods and, if you are satisfied, the Company will continue to deliver the order. In case you are not satisfied with the longer delivery term of the Goods provided by the Company, the submitted order is canceled and the amount of money paid by you is refunded in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules.

1.7 In all cases, the Company is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of the Goods, if the Goods are not delivered to you or are not delivered on time due to your fault or due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

1.8 The Company is not liable for any act, omission or event from the moment the Goods were handed over to the company providing the goods delivery services (courier). In the event that the packaging you have received has external defects, you must inform the courier at the time of delivery of the Goods.

1.9 At the time of delivery of the Goods to you or your authorized person, you (or your authorized person) together with the Seller or the courier who delivered the Goods to you must check the condition of the consignment and the Product (s) and sign the delivery-acceptance document. After you have signed the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment, it is considered that the consignment and the Goods have been delivered of appropriate quality, there are no discrepancies in the Goods, the cause of which is not due to factory defects, and no discrepancies in the Product (s).

1.10 If you notice that the packaging of the submitted consignment is damaged, the Product (s) is (are) damaged and / or the Product (s) are not properly assembled, you must mark this in the consignment delivery-acceptance document and in the presence of the Seller or his courier (third party). person), to draw up a report of damage / non-conformity of the free-form consignment and / or the Product (s). By failing to perform such actions, the Company is released from liability against you for damage to the Goods, quality, assembly, packaging, which you did not mark in the delivery document.


2.1 In case of return of defective Goods (when the foodstuffs are damaged or their validity on the day of delivery has expired), the Company undertakes to pick up the defective Goods and replace them with similar goods. In the event that the Company does not have similar Goods, it undertakes to return the money paid for the Goods to you.

2.2 Defective Goods or an error must be notified by e-mail. email on the same calendar day when the Goods are delivered.

2.3 When returning or exchanging the Goods purchased in the E-Shop, we will ask you to fill in the provided letter of return or exchange of the Goods.

2.4 Depending on the type of Goods offered by the Company, you have the right to make a claim against the Company on the same calendar day from the day of delivery of the Goods for discrepancies noticed later and recorded by acts. In this case, the Company undertakes to examine the claim within 1 (one) business day and, in case of a reasonable claim, replace them with goods that meet the quality requirements or return the money paid for the Goods.

2.5 The money for the returned Goods shall in all cases be transferred by payment order and only to the payer’s bank account.

2.6 Return conditions do not apply to:

2.6.1 When the goods are perishable or the goods, the shelf life is short;

2.6.2 When packaged goods have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
